Project Overview

A family of four found their missing puzzle piece in creating their vision for their backyard pool oasis. The Tropic, a fiberglass pool with the Cabana spillover Spa attached was the ideal vision. With the help of our team, we broadened their knowledge on special features they would be able to add along the way. The couple highlighted what features they envisioned were most important. These features consisted of light features, water features, and plenty of decking area for entertainment. As we worked together, we set forth putting their vision into a work of art.

• Phase 1: Aquatic Design Approval- FoxBro’s works closely with their clients to meet their ideal image, features, and design.
• Phase 2: Contract- The contract is prepared for the customer and sent prior to contractor site survey.
• Phase 3: Contractor Site Survey- FoxBro’s takes a closer look at access, verifies measurements, and design with homeowner.
• Phase 4: Pool, material, and equipment order - Our pools are manufactured to order; this guarantees the freshest material possible. We have adapted to the supply chain issues. We preorder all our material and equipment to ensure no project delays.
• Phase 5: HOA Submittal- FoxBro’s provides all documents needed with material packet for HOA approval.
• Phase 6: Permitting- FoxBro’s provides all the documents and engineering needed to secure the permit.
