Project Overview
The homeowners found the missing puzzle piece for their backyard with The Tropic fiberglass pool paired with a Cabana spillover spa.

Our Fiberglass Pool Pre-Construction Process
A successful fiberglass pool installation begins well before excavation day. Fox Bro’s Pools follows an organized pre-construction process designed to address the details of the project before construction begins.
We also believe a professional pool project should remain as safe, clean, and organized as possible. Our team works to maintain the jobsite and clean the project area throughout construction.
Phase 1: Aquatic Design Approval
Fox Bro’s Pools works closely with each homeowner to develop an initial pool design based on their desired fiberglass pool model, features, property layout, and available backyard space.
This stage gives homeowners an opportunity to review the overall concept and make adjustments before the project progresses.
Phase 2: Pool Contract
Once the preliminary design and project selections have been established, the swimming pool contract is prepared and provided to the homeowner for review.
The contract outlines the agreed-upon project scope, selections, and included features before moving into the next stages of pre-construction.
Phase 3: Contractor Site Survey
Our team visits the property to take a closer look at the proposed fiberglass pool installation.
During the contractor site survey, we evaluate important site conditions such as property access, available installation space, measurements, equipment placement, and the proposed pool layout. We also review the design with the homeowner to make sure everyone is on the same page before moving forward.
For larger fiberglass pools being installed in tighter backyards, this is an especially important part of the planning process.
Phase 4: Fiberglass Pool, Equipment & Material Ordering
Once the project is ready to move forward, Fox Bro’s Pools coordinates the ordering of the fiberglass pool shell, pool equipment, and other project materials.
Our fiberglass pools are manufactured to order. We also work to coordinate materials and equipment in advance so the necessary components are available when the project reaches the appropriate stage of construction.
Phase 5: HOA Submittal
If the property is governed by a homeowners association, Fox Bro’s Pools provides the applicable pool project documents and material information needed for the homeowner's HOA submittal.
Requirements vary by community, so we work with our customers to help make the approval process as organized as possible.
Phase 6: Swimming Pool Permitting
Before construction can begin, the project must receive the required approvals and permits.
Fox Bro’s Pools coordinates the applicable documentation, plans, and engineering needed for the swimming pool permit process. Every property is different, and requirements can vary based on the municipality, property configuration, setbacks, easements, utilities, and other site-specific conditions.
Once the necessary approvals are in place, we can prepare for the exciting part—bringing the fiberglass pool design to life.
